When you sign up for credit repair services through The Credit Repair Ministry LLC, it is crucial that you use a valid and active credit card after your free trial period with IdentityIQ or other affiliated services. This ensures that your monthly payment can be processed without issues.

Please note:

  • If your card is declined after the free trial period, I will be unable to continue providing services to you. This is because payments are necessary to keep your credit repair process active and effective.
  • If you report the charge as fraud, I will no longer provide services to you in the future. This action violates the trust necessary to maintain a working relationship, and as a result, I will have to discontinue all future services.

To avoid these situations, it is extremely important that you:

  • Ensure your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds available for the monthly payments.

To cancel your MyScoreIQ membership, you have a couple of options:

    • They are available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
       
    •  Provide Membership Information:
    • Have your membership details ready, including your Member ID, first and last name, and the address used during sign-up.
  2. Confirm Cancellation:

    • Request the cancellation of your membership.
    • After cancellation, there will be no future charges.

Option 2: Cancel Online

  1. Log In to Your Account:

    • Visit the MyScoreIQ website and sign in to your account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings:

    • Access the "My Account" section.
  3. Initiate Cancellation:

    • Look for the option to cancel your membership.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

Important Considerations:
